The vibes were wonderful, service was superb but my cappuccino was confused if it was air or coffee. The cappuccino was roughly 4 oz of foam in a 12 oz cup. Very far from a traditional cappuccino. Aside from this, the shop has potential due to the service and atmosphere.

Response from Cup Runneth Over Coffeehouse Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the atmosphere and that our team made a great impression — that truly means a lot to us. A cappuccino has equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and thick foam for a stronger coffee flavor, while a latte has much more steamed milk and only a thin layer of foam, making it creamier and milder. We’re very sorry to hear that your cappuccino missed the mark. A proper balance of espresso, milk, and foam is important! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be reviewing our preparation to ensure consistency moving forward. We hope you’ll give us another chance to serve you a cappuccino that lives up to the rest of your experience. Thank you again for the thoughtful feedback and for seeing the potential in our shop.
